Virtual Tour

Dear Matt,

I'll take you on a virtual tour through Muntlix. I'll begin with a little bit history. Our village is called Zwischenwasser because we are between two streams. They're called Frutz and Frödisch. A few years ago we also had an supermarket called ADEG,
but they didn't earn enough money so they had to close the shop. We also had two bakerys. Why the first one closed I don't
know, but the 2nd closed because they also didn't earn enough money. When you walk along the Hauptstrasse you come to a nice restaurant called Frödisch. They make a very good "Schnitzl". Above the restaurant there's the kindergarten, the school and the church. When you go on walking on the Hauptstrasse you'll come to the fire station.Now let's go to the sports field, where we've two areas where you can play soccer, one area where you can play tennis and one area where you can play basketball. When you walk down to the Arkenstrasse you'll come to the Arkahüsle which is a sort of restaurant and bar. When you to go to Rankweil,Feldkirch or maybe Götzis you can jump in at one of our three bus stops in Muntlix. The 1st one is in the Arkenstrasse called Arkahüsle the 2nd one is also in the Arkenstrasse called Arken and the 3rd is in the Kreuzstrasse called Kreuzstrasse.
So now I hope you know all about the little village Muntlix.

Correction for the 1st exam

Dear Alice,

I'm really happy that you rote m a letter. Takingdrugs is
really stupid,but let meexplain why before you stop realice. There're many dangers linked
with taking drugs. For example heroin, which you can inject most
of the time, very dangerous becouse ou can get
illnesses like AIDS or other things like that more easily. When you
take heroin you feel at first very good, but afterwards you feel
depresed or very down. You get depenent on it really fast
and then the real troubles begin. You need moremoney to buy
heroin an if you haven't got enough money maybe you bgin
to steal it from other people.

Now I'll tell you some theories why people take drugs and
maybe why Jason wants you to try it! Some people take
drugs because they don't know their effects and want
to know them. You told me that you want to try heroin
because of hat, but thats stupid. I also don't shoot in
my own leg because I don't know the effects! you also told me that
you only want to try it once. Ok that sounds good, but
there are so much drug addicts out there who also said
the same. Now to Jason, I think
he could be an "evil pusher". Those are people who push
you to try a drug and then when you're addicted sell them at
a high profit.

My advice to you is do't try any drugs because they are
too dangerous and of what I told you in the letter.
I predict that Jason will become an addict, unhappy an he may commit suicide!
So please, don't take drugs!

Things that make me happy!

I think the persuit of happiness is playing baseball. I play baseball for now 6 years and for me playing baseball is the happiest thing I do in my live. I began 2001 because my neighbour was asking me if I would like to come with him to a training. Since then i play baseball. In the first 2 years I was not very good because it's one of the most difficult sport in the world. I played 2 years in the Teeball League that's the League for the very small kids. After that 2 years i get into the Youth League where I played 4 years. In that time i really started to enjoy that game. This year I had the honor to play for Austria in the nationalteam. Now I play since 2 month with the adults. I'm also a kind of Umpire (Schiedsrichter) who is named scorer. That's also a thing what makes me really happy. So now let me tell you why playing baseball makes me so happy. I really enjoy in a baseball game batting. You stand beside the homeplate holde the bat in your fingers watch the pitcher waiting for the ball. Then the pitcher throws the ball you decide if it's a strike or a ball and if it's a strike you swing the bat. You hit and run afterwards to the first base. That's the situation what makes me happy when i play baseball. And now I tell you why I like to score a game. Your if I can say that the master of the baseball game you decide if a person has played god or bad.
